Arthur Rosenberg is a partner in the firm's Litigation practice group and chairs the Matrimonial group. Mr. Rosenberg is an active trial attorney who handles cases in the State and Federal courts in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Rosenberg represents clients in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, trials and appeals.
He has represented a broad range of clients, including hospitals, physicians, brokers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, product and clothing manufacturers, building owners, restaurants, internet companies, hotels, contractors, insurance companies, and individuals.
Mr. Rosenberg's cases involve commercial and contract disputes; matrimonial, family law, divorce, custody and visitation matters; and medical malpractice and personal injury.
Mr. Rosenberg is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo (B.A., magna cum laude, 1978) and Boston University Law School (J.D., 1983). He has been a lecturer at New York University's Institute of Paralegal Studies and at the Continuing Legal Education Program of the Fordham University School of Law.
Mr. Rosenberg is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Trial Lawyers' Section), the American Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
