Ronald L. Nurnberg is a co-managing partner of the firm. Mr. Nurnberg has practiced real estate and commercial law in New York for more than twenty-five years.
Mr. Nurnberg specializes in representation of Cooperative Corporations and Condominiums and retail, office and commercial leasing transactions.
Mr. Nurnberg, based on his extensive experience in representing individuals and companies in varied business related matters, provides business advice to clients.
Mr. Nurnberg specializes in retail, office and commercial leasing transactions and handles refinancings on behalf of both lenders and borrowers.
In addition to representation of domestic companies, many of Mr. Nurnberg's clients are foreign based or subsidiaries of foreign companies seeking legal and business advice and representation in the United States.
Mr. Nurnberg is a graduate of the University of Rochester (B.A. 1967) and New York University Law School (J.D. 1970). He is a member of the New York and Florida bars.
